I love to draw anime so I will tell you how to draw it!
First you need to make a head. Then make a pair of eyes.(you can make one eye so there can be hair on the other one) Then you need a mouth and nose.( i like making the mouth small) Then draw a neck and hair on her head. Then draw a body and something for it to wear. Maybe some shoes too. And color if you want!
